Your First Visit

Our reception and waiting room have been thoughtfully designed to help you feel comfortable and relaxed during your visit.

Our receptionist is currently available from 8:30 am to 12:30 pm every morning, and from 2:00 pm to 6:00 pm on Thursdays. When Vicky or Pauline are at the desk, they will warmly greet you, provide you with a form to fill out, guide you through the process, and happily answer any questions you may have.

If you arrive when the reception is unattended, you will find a pre-prepared form waiting for you on the reception counter. Please take a seat, complete the form at your own pace, and Andrew will join you as soon as possible.

Andrew, our chiropractor, will then meet you in reception and accompany you to the chiropractic office. Here, you will have an initial discussion to thoroughly explore your concerns. Following this conversation, Andrew will conduct a comprehensive examination, which includes assessments of your posture, balance, range of motion, neurological screening, and orthoneural tests. These assessments help confirm a diagnosis or identify any potential concerns that may require further attention or referral—We call these “red flags.”

Please be aware that chiropractors must carefully rule out any conditions that may mimic musculoskeletal issues but could instead be organic or more serious in nature. Occasionally, based on your consultation and examination results, Andrew may refer you back to your General Practitioner.

After completing your examination, we will schedule a follow-up appointment for you to return and discuss your results in detail.

Your Second Visit

On your second visit, we will go through the results of your examination and explain your proposed treatment plan step by step. Andrew will answer any questions or concerns you may have about the recommended treatments. If you are comfortable proceeding with the plan, you’ll be asked to sign an informed consent form. Once this is completed, we will begin your first chiropractic adjustment. After this initial adjustment, we will arrange a suitable date for your next appointment.
